How will high emotional intelligence enhance engineering graduate’ contribution to their organization/profession?

High emotional intelligence may help engineering graduates to have better performance and contribution to the organization/profession. Engineering graduates’ work may involve projects that are related to human life’s safety or huge amount of investment fund. Handling the projects is sometimes extremely stressful. With high EQ, the individual should be able to manage his/her mood accordingly while facing the stress from the work. So that he/she may be able to process the job smoothly without any negative influence from stress. On the other hand, nowadays, technologies are rapidly and energetically developed. Most of the technologies may not be taught in colleges but to be trained to employees during the period of their service for the organization. The individual might be benefited when they are self-motivated to learn more from the seniors or experienced persons. The more they learn, the more they enrich their knowledge and experience, which would benefit to their job performance. Therefore, with good self-motivation, the graduate could perform better when comparing to the others. Another reason is that engineering involves projects that require team-work. Good interpersonal skills might be helpful in controlling and managing the relationship with the teammates, which results in meeting their goal effectively and efficiently. All in all, emotional intelligence does help to enhance the performance and contribution for engineering graduates to their organization in certain aspects.

This is a well developed paragraph, with logical development and fine detail.

There is one obvious problem with a fragment. Do you see which clause I am refering to?

Thannks for your effort!

Yup, I find a problem with these sentences:

Handling the projects is sometimes extremely stressful. With high EQ, the individual should be able to manage his/her mood accordingly while facing the stress from the work. So that he/she may be able to process the job smoothly without any negative influence from stress.

Overall, I think this is a well-organized paragraph.

Hi, I think there are some preposition problems like "would benefit "to".." and " performance and contribution "for" engineering.."
